Building Relations between the Company and Employees: The Moderating Role of Leadership

The relationships between employees and the actions taken by leaders have become critical. purpose of this paper is to highlight activities that may improve internal relations in an enterprise, how managers perceive such actions. study was conducted 2018 2020 focused on importance relational competencies creating enterprise value leadership. analysis included 10 large companies operating internationally. Both (N = 10) surveyed 185) participated study. It can be stated it not uncommon for studied businesses take steps their relationships. evaluation connections, other hand, differs groups tested. Cluster revealed managers’ views application provided measures organizations were similar, whereas employees’ assessments researched phenomena not.
